Safera Food International based in Cochin is a leading seafood exporter in Kerala. The company was established with the sole intention of providing the best seafood to the global market. From the very beginning of our establishment, we set priority to professionalism and continuous technological development, aiming to be continuously prepared to meet the needs and changes of the seafood markets all over the world.
Incepted as a sister concern of M/s. Ameena Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Chandiroor, an EU approved unit established in 1998, Safera Food International is a family concern promoted by the daughter-in-laws of Mr. Abdul Azeez, the Proprietor of M/s. Ameena Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Abdul Azeez has an experience of over 30 years in Seafood processing. His sons and all other family members have very thorough knowledge about the Sea Food Processing and are actively engaged in the seafood industry.
The Company has well qualified and trained employees who ensure high quality, safe food production to the utmost satisfaction of the customer. The Company looks to achieve high standards of production through globally accepted norms and principles. Our motive is production and supply of safe food products to the customer and thus to achieve customer satisfaction.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Safera Food International seafood processing factory is situated in Kannamaly very near to the sea coast of Arabian Sea and 8 Km from the Cochin Fisheries Harbor. The factory has 13,000 sq. ft. of built up area.
Our processing facilities houses:
- Pre - processing Hall
- Processing Hall with four blast freezers
- Two plate freezer with a total freezing capacity of 45 tonnes /day.
- 250 tonnes cold storage integrated in processing plant
- 700 tonnes independent cold store.
A most modern Quality Control lab is also attached to the unit.
